Terms
These terms cover the Superclock app, its optional account, its connection for agents, and this website, all run by System Operator LLC. Last updated October 6, 2026.
The app
What it is
Superclock is an iPhone alarm app. Your alarms are set on your iPhone with Apple’s AlarmKit and ring there. Privacy says what stays on your phone and what the optional account keeps.
License and purchases
Superclock is distributed through the App Store and licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The core app is free. Paid features are one-time in-app purchases made with Apple: payment, refunds and taxes are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. There is no subscription.
Check your alarms
Superclock is an alarm clock, not a warning system or a medical device. An alarm can fail to ring: the phone is off or out of battery, its sound is turned down, iOS limits how many alarms an app may set, or something goes wrong in the app or in iOS. For anything that matters, check that the alarm is set on your iPhone, and do not rely on Superclock alone.
As is
Under Apple’s agreement the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
The account and agents
The account is free and optional: you sign in with Apple. It keeps your alarm rules so your pages at superclock.app and the agents you connect can see and change them, and so your iPhone hears of those changes. You can delete it in the app or at superclock.app at any time.
An agent you connect (ChatGPT, Claude, Muse or another MCP client, see Agents) acts on your behalf with what you allowed when you connected it. Every change it makes shows in Changes with its name and can be undone; you can disconnect it any time. Agents are run by their own companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what an agent says or does beyond what reaches Superclock.
Use the account and the connection for your own alarms: do not try to reach other people’s data, break or overload the service, or get around its limits.
The website
superclock.app describes Superclock and holds your signed-in pages. Read it, link to it and quote it. The words and images on this site belong to System Operator LLC. Apple, iPhone and AlarmKit belong to Apple; ChatGPT, Claude and Muse belong to their owners.
All of it
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including a missed alarm, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Superclock in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We can update the app, the account, the website and these terms. We date this page when it changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where System Operator LLC is formed, without regard to conflict of law rules.
